| Profile: Born in Ireland´s capital Dublin,I started out plaing guitar in a group called Mercury Elect when I was about 15,playing songs of Jeff Buckley,The Sundays and The Red House Painters.A lot of music at that time influenced me and I remember watching The Last Walz for the first time with people like Joni Mitchell,Dr John,The Band,and a host of others which really got me interested in different styles and grooves.However the Band we had was not so succesful and after about 3 years we decided to call it a day,good fun though!So shortly after this maybe 19 or 20 I went to Paris and it was here that things changed musically for me.I started to descover Electronic and House music,as well as Reggae and African sounds.I began to Dj in a bar called The Coolin every Tuesday night with Maryam Bash, labled 300% Dynamite.Here we did a mash up of Roots Reggae,Dub and House music. The nights there were organized by Manu Boubli of Comet records so it was a great privilege to work on this.So after about a year and a half I returned to Ireland where apart from the odd apperence in South William things were quite.

And so on to Berlin and from being here just 4 months I find myself playing regularly between Luna Stand garden on Revaler str, the Deck 5 Sky bar on Schonhausser Allee ,(both are out door shows)and Dr Pong on Eberswalde str.And starting from the 12th of July we start Radio ElectroFunker open base radio where you´ll find the perfect mix of red hot tunes from Brazil to Africa to Berlin and passing all thats in between,Hope you enjoy the mix and remember Keep ya Glow.
